Think and build in one movement.
13 · 10 · 2026Paris, 13 October 2026Elyadata, an AI and data engineering company founded in 2017, with offices in Paris and Tunis, today announced that it has joined Atombit, the data and AI outcomes consultancy. The move extends the group's reach into the Benelux and across French- and Arabic-speaking markets, and opens a new chapter for Elyadata's teams: bigger challenges and a part in shaping what Atombit becomes next.
Atombit brings together specialist companies with expertise across data, AI, customer experience and operational transformation. Elyadata is the first company to join since Atombit launched its new brand and website on 1 October 2026.
Atombit focuses on measurable business results in growth, efficiency and risk, tied directly to the P&L. Its Agentic Architecture provides a common, governed approach to building AI agents on technology clients own and control.
Elyadata shares that focus: its teams start with the business problem and carry the solution through to production. Within Atombit, its engineers will build AI agents for the group's clients, and its applied research, run with academic partners, will bring new methods into the group's projects.
On paper, the fit was clear. The decision came from the people: as the two teams got to know each other, the way they think and work weighed as much as the business case.
In their words
We chose Atombit for its people as much as its opportunity.
Elyadata exists to put AI to work in production, and that is what Atombit was created for.
Our clients keep the team they know and gain the reach and expertise of a European group behind it. For our people, it means new colleagues, new markets and a group with room to grow into. We chose Atombit for its people as much as its opportunity, and I have never been more excited about what we can achieve together.
They think the way we think, and they work the way we work.
Every enterprise is being rebuilt around human and artificial intelligence working as one, and the ones that connect their functions first will compound the advantage.
Elyadata brings senior consultants who understand the business, engineers who run AI in production, and researchers who keep both ahead of the market. They think the way we think, and they work the way we work. That is rare, and our clients will feel it from the first engagement. I am delighted to welcome Salim and his team as the first company to join the new Atombit.
Atombit is a data and AI outcomes consultancy. We help our clients reimagine what they will become, reengineer how they get there, and stay until the outcome is realised. We combine human and artificial intelligence, atoms and bits, to deliver measurable outcomes across growth, efficiency and risk, directly connected to the P&L. We define the outcomes that matter most, and the route to them, with people who have done it before, on technology our clients own and control.
Atombit has more than 250 people across the UK, Italy, France, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, India and Tunisia. Founded by Paolo Righetti, Gabriele Albani and Luca Pepere, and backed by Palatine Private Equity, it brings together specialist companies with complementary expertise across data, AI, customer experience, and operational transformation.
Elyadata is an AI and data engineering company with offices in Paris and Tunis. Founded on the belief that the value of AI lies in what organisations are able to put into practice, Elyadata designs, builds and deploys solutions around real business needs. Its multidisciplinary teams combine business understanding, technology exploration and production engineering, working closely with clients from the first hypothesis through to adoption and drawing on the company's own applied research.
Elyadata's approach is grounded in a simple principle: think and build in one movement.
